at what depth do commercial divers generally use helium

I'm really interested in learning more about how commercial divers use helium in their breathing gas mixtures. I know it helps to prevent nitrogen narcosis and makes breathing easier at deeper levels, but I'm wondering at what specific depth it becomes the norm to use it. If you have any insights or references on this, I'd really appreciaet it

From what I know, commercial divers usually begin using helium based breathing gas mix like heliox at depths exceeding 150-200 feet or 45-60 meters to prevent nitrogen narcosis. Not a pro so let's hear it from everyone here too

Helium usually comes into play around 60 meters and deeper, that's when nitrogen narcosis gets too risky and the work gets more demanding or sometimes trimix if they still want a bit of nitrogen for thermal reasons, haha not a pro either @underthesea111 but glad we could help

I think 60 is too much. Divers gradually introduce at around 40 and tweak the mixture accordingly after that.
